Julio Isamit (MPA, University of Chicago, 2024) He is a law professor at Universidad San Sebastián (Chile) and a researcher at Res Publica Institute, a Chilean think tank that promotes the classical tradition of virtue, freedom, and responsibility in the public discussion. He has taught Constitutional Law and Foundations of Economics in Chile. His work specializes in education, merit, opportunity, and the principles of a free and just society. He served as Minister of State (2019-2022) and is the founder of the Res Publica Institute. He was recognized as one of El Mercurio’s 100 Young Leaders and “Espíritu UC” by Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
